been excluded for 25 years
1985-1990 - Psychoanalysis - Successful class action anti-trust
suit to open psychoanalytic training to psychologists and
other non-physician health care providers

seeking regulation of managed care mental health
1987-90 - Hospital Practice - Secured victory in California
